I also bought 20 lots @ 30 cents when price dips recently but sold off  too early already... sold at 36 cents. After selling, I read  a report that target price is 42 cents.  Never mind, still happy that made some profit.  Enough to buy Chinese New Year goodies :)  Cheers to those still vested !

It is spelt dividend, not divident. Sorry for the correction as too many forummers had spelt this word wrongly.

acck....pls don't....am honoured you should think that way, but investors have to have their own minds. plus, one person's trading style might not be another's...i prefer to move cautiously and take smaller real profits (~8-15% per trade) than go for large paper gains (which might very well run away the next day). it's a style that more aggressive gamers would call cowardly. :)

but hey, i'm gonna be trading for the next 25 yrs at least, so i don't see the sense in being greedy. :)

hm...just my guess here...

lead indicators don't work very well for this counter. so i'm venturing a guess based on the lag indicators and on the stock trend itself (seems to trade in consistent waves), not to mention the bullish construction fever:

date of sell should be ard 20th jan, with price target of 41-44c. whichever comes first.

likely to go up after that--this fellow has been consistently up since jul--but with a short 'down' period first. btw, need to watch the dow tonight first. if it goes up, mon will likely be up for sti and stocks too.

usually i don consider penny stock, especially construction stock. Influence by the forum and thinking that  IR may benifit to local construction firm. tried 10 lots ces on 13/12/05 at $0.30. about a mth., paper gain almost 1k. not bad. TA expert. guide me to exit. thanks in advance.

CES seems to be one of the best construction stocks as compared to other like Lian Beng, Lee Kim Tat...Lum Chiang...etc... it has given us the confidence by giving steady dividents every year. I trust it will cont to move till 2009... for the IR construction jobs...

terencefok,

If funds diverted for investments, then it is a valid reason for reduced div.

NiToyo,

Div per share as follows:

2004 - 2 cts less tx...net 1.6cts

2005 - 1.5 cts less tx..net 1.2 cts

2006 - 1.0 cts.less tx...net 0.8 cts

Div seems to be fallling every year.....is company profit falling?

AT current price of 32cts, current net yield is 2.5%.......FDs give better rates with no risk to capital. I will only consider this if I can see potential for capital growth....jus my opinion.
