Actually I see no reason for it to go up even with the Casino License, I mean, everybody knows it will get it eventually. So why should it go up after they got the license?
Logically, it should move up only if their financial results are good at the end of the year or after a few months of operation to see if their are enough gamblers.
Moreover, Genting managment like to do things that make the price go down and only benefit their family. And what about their involvement with Stanley Ho's daughter regarding MGM which they invested like, if I remember, $100Million. Maybe they won't get the license? But unlikely loh unless the government really don't want the casino to open.
