unionmet announces board restructuring following asia games capital 29% takeover of unionmet last thu:
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company wishes to announce that following the change in controlling shareholder, the Board and Board Committees had been re-constituted with effect from 29 July 2013, as follows:-
a) the appointment of Mr Li Hua as an Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Chairman of the Board as well as a member of the Nominating Committee.
b) the appointment of Mr Tham Wai Mun Raphael as an Executive Director of the Company.
c) the appointment of Mr Yip Mun Foong James as a Lead Independent Director of the Company, Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee, as well as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr Yip is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the
SGX-ST.
d) the appointment of Mr Ngan See Juan John as an Independent Director of the Company, Chairman of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee. Mr Ngan is considered independent for the purpose of Rule 704(8) of the Listing Manual of the
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (“SGX-ST“).
e) Mr Zeng Fuzu, who would step down as an Executive Chairman, be re-designated a Non- Executive Director of the Company. Mr Zeng would also cease to be a member of the Nominating Committee and be appointed a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
f) the resignations of Mr Chen Cong, Mr Meng Limin, Mr Huang Guozhi, Mr Kelvin Valery Chia Hoo Khun and Mr Low Weng Keong as Directors of the Company. Mr Chen Cong would also cease to be the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
g) the cessation of Mr Zhu Xirong as the Senior Vice President of the Company.
Following the above changes, the composition of the Board and Board Committees of the Company
are as follows:

If i put an order to sell my 10 lots of my stocks.. but only 1 lot was sold for the day. like tat..my commission will still be considered as a 1 lot sale right? not like pro-rated or something right? is this considered a force sell? cause i never set force sell leh.. normal sell nia.

I mentioned before in my previous post that accumulation took place at 136. The other day BBs pushed up to close at 135. So I strongly believe 135-136 are the important point which the buyers don't want to lose grab of. It should hold very well. I believe many peoples don't dare to buy Innopac at the moment. I have just queued to buy at 135. Lol! It is likely to trade in a tight range between 135-139. I also want to make 2 pips! Lol!

Bro, it is hard to say. Once a counter break its all time high, it will likely to continue to move up in the coming days. For Cogent, not necessary must move tomorrow. This counter has moves up for a few days liao. It may take a rest and moves up again. From the trading, can see that there are still buyers coming in. I believe tomorrow will be the last push to test 0.30 before it takes a rest. That's just my opinion. Huat ah!
