Refer to last page on the shareholding pre and post acquisition and the best/worst case scenarios. Interesting how LEH's (Peter Lim)
shareholding goes up from 29.9% to 38.7% ~ 46.3% under all scenarios while the public shareholding goes from 70.1% to 14.99% ~
33.4% under the same scenarios....

think PL really seriously to transform Rowsley. The momentum should last for sometime. Maybe it's time to buy the share again, who know it may shoot up again? huat ah!!!
Acquiring RSP will provide the catalyst /springboard for Rowsley to participate in the Iskandar projects and other building projects as well. It is also well positioned to take on high end luxury development projects too.

I view rowsley as high risk and high gain.....
