Price of this counter suddenly goes up to 0.16 (from an average of 0.125), today. Any other good news on the way?

Healthway Medical is planning to raise S$19.8 mln from a rights issue. The clinic operator is planning to sell about 277 mln new shares at an issue price of S$0.075 each. It plans to use S$12 mln of the proceeds to invest in medical centres in China and for general working capital purposes as it expands into China. The balance of S$7.8 mln will be used for general working capital purposes.

176m...means will need 10yrs to make back.....no wonder ppl are disposing........hopefully can see lower price
4m profit quarterly(16m yearly) business , does it worth extra 176m.
16m yearly profit is no guaranteefor future.

never see this counter move much these days...still got chance to see it hit 16c?
looking at this morning movement, seems like some1 is slowing letting go at .13 while trying not to disrupt price movement too much....hopefully can see .12
seems like many big timers disposing this counter....so u mean they have spent too much on those intangible stuff rather than solid assets, ROI25per?
tis baggage of 176m got to throw away (writeoff) one day, wondering why paying so much for this goodwill/rights/franchise/brand??? so beware...
