Read from somewhere that the cost of that piece of land acquire is very expensive. WHy is that so?

think raffles education already set ting up campus and is in the pipeline to build.

I think rowsley is a better bet than raffles edu......if all PL projects developments goes to rowsley..........and hope johor can take some population from us so that it is not so crowded when the mrt there are developed.........

I do hope raffles edu can set up a campus in Johor as well.....as long as it offers a good degree or master and at a fee much less than institutions here ....

Acquiring RSP will provide the catalyst /springboard for Rowsley to participate in the Iskandar projects and other building projects as well.  It is also well positioned to take on high end luxury development projects too.

Currently public shareholders own 70% of Rowley.  With this so called free warrants, massively more shares will be issued and dilute the public.

If you go to the last page you will see the 2 scenarios, both of which public shareholders with end up owning less of Rowsley (down to 16-33%) after paying up more money for the new shares.  hmmmmm

The majority shareholder however after the scenarios end up owning more of Rowsley from 29% to as much as 46%.

Good to be majority shareholder, not so good for minority public.  You be the judge.
