thanks for your analysis. i bought some @ 47.5cents.
only BB can move this, this counter has been dull for some time.

This is not my expertise to advise if it anybody will sell down 1 bit or buy 1 bit up.
Once I see positive trend, I will just rush in to buy or sell without considering the 1 bit different since It won't make big different in loss or profit (unless you buy 1000lots which may have 5000 dollar different, but if I have money to buy 1000lots, I won't care about 5000dollar).
Just now I saw price at 47cents, actually I am quite regret to miss to buy below 46.5cents since I saw last friday chart that BB buy in at 46.5. After seeing today rally without much selling, It tell me selling is dry and very difficult for me to buy at 46.5, so I just buy 47cents.
I am not BB can't decide their movement. However, I can see today or this week intention to push it till 50cents before coming result release.
All the best to all and wish all huat.
Now BB release some share at 47.5cents. It is up to you if you want to buy.

This round is totally different.
102lots, do you know what is it? This is the selling down lots so far from 47 to 48.
6175lots, this is the buy up lots from 47 to 48. This is not bought by you and me but BB!!!!

queue or buy. 46.5cernts? you won't get it.
This is very obvious big buy from BB after last friday. As I said, 1Q result will be either this week or next week, result will not be bad.
Actually, no much time for BB to push up further. It may be another fast and furious round.

Which mean hold, it may oso mean unable to off load, but just buying more.

Ausgroup - no news is good nor is bad. This week, Optimistic players would like to buy/sell beyond > 0.54, while players on the bench is awaiting opportunities buy @< 0.51, there are however as many players will let go once reach their TP (buy/sell/ -- holding?. and or on contra). same like for last week? - right. This coming wk (trade) can see Ausgrp seeing some action on volume. (Upside is limited as players sell into strength, today most stk is in +ve territoties).

9.48. My call buy was at 6.38.
3Q result finally is out, no so bad result but critical is coal is recovering in the global market. Situation is changed as compared 1 to 2 month ago. This 3Q result and recovering market will push Alpha to my 6 month(13dollar) to 1 year(23dollar) target price.

Reason for choosing Alpha Natural Resource
1) Obama may lose this election. Obama won the 90% of vote of coal mining states in last election since all these people are middle class people and support Obama since they believe Obama will take care them. But, their dream doesn't come true. Obama will be die on the hand of all these coal mining states which is about 30% of vote right in US
2) Alpha Natural Resource 60% revenue from coking coal and 40% revenue from thermal coal. They idle 8 mines and retrench 1200 workers who are working in thermal coal mine. The revenue percentage of thermal coal will cut down further.
3) Coking coal price currently is about 2 times higher than thermal coal price now although drop massively from 330per ton(2011, Australia flood) to 170perton (Japan recently record). However, the operation cost for coking coal is only about 20% more expensive than thermal coal. So profit margin is still quite high. 330 per ton to 170 per ton vs the share price of 66 dollars(2011) to 6.78 dollars.
4) Natural gas are up till 3.40 per mmbtu vs 2.13 per mmbtu of thermal coal price (converted as per energy burning figure)
5) Evidence show that Japan are working closely with Russia to obtain the Natural gas instead of relying on the LNG source from Australia. 40% of natural gas supplied from Russia to Europe will jack up the energy price in Europe. Recent figure show that Europe purchased thermal coal from US in Aug which is about 13% production of thermal coal in US in August. Natural gas price in Europe will be higher and higher and the immediate replacement which is not affected by season is only thermal coal since oil price is even higher for electric generation.
6) Coking coal are used for steel making. The period of downturn cycle of steel demand is about 6 months, now is 3rd month.
7) Alpha Natural resource having the lowest debt ratio among its peers listed in US like arch coal, peabody, Waltersol and etc.
8) Alpha Natural resource price are the most pressured price among all its peers during this downturn which is drop from peak in 2011 66 till 6.78 dollars.
I would like to take the risk to earn big. Info provided for reference and trade with own risk.
