Hi,I do agree with you in a way.It might take years or on the other hand it might be able to recoup investment within a few years,nobody knows as this is the first of it's kind in Singapore,it's a gamble,but to me personally it's a calculated risk as I have enter at a rather low px.This counter is not for those who wants to make fast bucks.But for those thinking of medium to long term I think it's still ok to buy and keep with extra cash that they don't need to touch for the next few years.Cheers

This is billion $$$$$$ business investment.Like any other business,
it take many years to recoupe or for that matter, to break even. Running RWS,
the expenses are equally very very high. No doubt about it, they have done the
feasibility study before..What I am trying to say is that it take many many years
before we see the $$$$$$$$$$$

how many years did other casinos take to break even or show first profit? if there is an influx of tourists going to RWS Casino before the MBS one open...possibility of breaking even in a year's time is high

they once also downgrade SIA to sell till below $10 or $9 or so, but, nothing happen to SIA, it still stays above 13 till now .. ..hahaha!
