candles.
RSI & MACD are bearish though RSI in oversold region.
Important Resistance of NOL: $1.05
Immediate Support of NOL: $0.995

NOL Europe-Asia freight amount to about 15% only
Majority freight came from Asia-America (Transpacific) and Inter-Asia freight
The European problem will lower oil price and we will expect Asia-America and Inter-Asia freight increase further.
This will help NOL.
For NOL to start making money - Oil price maintain below US$100 per barrel and ability of Shipping consortium to increase Container freight charges (which had increased but need to increase further)

Under current crisis in Europe and slowing down in China, I am more concerned on NOL's negative operating cash flow and high debt.
Why are you so sure Baltic Index will be " so weak" for the next 2 Quarters?
BDI is at its lowest and had risen since Jan12 to date for about 20% and is improving ever since.
Anyway BDI affect Cosco more.
NOL is a container freight liner & container freight had improved much since last Quarter although need to improve further.

Short $1.055 again & covered back $1.02. $1.00 is the previous support, really miracle, touch & rebound. Uptrend all the way from there the last round. See if it happens again.
