Domestically, household debt increased to 77.2 percent of gross domestic product as of March 2013 from 64.4 percent at the end of 2007, with private property prices growing 120 percent during the same period.
" Regionally, we observe similar or even more dramatic trends," Moody's, noting that Singapore banks generate more than 37% of their revenues from overseas markets.
A tightening of US monetary policy is a " potential trigger" .

IMO, Yuan is still a long way in replacing USD or Euro as a reserve currency.
However, Yuan will be gain importance as a reerve currency.... as a hedge.
Yuan can only be a preferred reserve currency when the Govt is more transparent and abide by international rules.

The future for China in about 2 years will be good as the world slowly and steadily exchanged their USD for CNY which eventually will act as most central banks standard currency for trade, and finally we can see the Chinese Yuan replaces the USD as the reserved currency. When that happens, China stocks and HSI will shoot up, and the DOW and US stocks will collapse. There are very valid reasons behind this, but it will take some time to happen.

As trade slows and the yuan appreciates, things will get very tricky because China's growth to become a second powerful economic nation had been based on lower currency rate, and growing economic activities. Now are we scared or not with a slowing down of grow and the yuan having risen and continues to rise?

The future for China in about 2 years will be good as the world slowly and steadily exchanged their USD for CNY which eventually will act as most central banks standard currency for trade, and finally we can see the Chinese Yuan replaces the USD as the reserved currency. When that happens, China stocks and HSI will shoot up, and the DOW and US stocks will collapse. There are very valid reasons behind this, but it will take some time to happen.
