btw heard that some of their project on hold,seem like its price might decline further

 

Hoho, not quite true hor! I remember during the Asian Financial Crisis.... the way they delist FEL is unwelcome by the then shareholders. I believe those affected will have a long story to tell.

 

my boss said KEPPEL logo live up to reputation... hehe... 

 

for short term traders..

short when price rallies.. pyschological support broken.. more downside to come..

all right no dividend firmed yet, just a proposed dividend.... ceh........ i nearly misread the 2008 dividends, what a horrible mistake, if 8 cents is the true dividend, then, forget it la...

oh shit, that is 2008 dividends, kanasai.. where is the 2009 one? let me check first..

12. DIVIDENDS
(a) Current Financial Period Reported on
The Directors are pleased to announce a proposed final dividend of 8 cents per share, subject, inter alia, to the approval of shareholders of a proposed dividend reinvestment scheme (“the Scheme”).
The Company will be convening an extraordinary general meeting to seek approval from the
shareholders of the Company for the Scheme, details of which will be provided in a circular to
be despatched to shareholders in due course.
Under the Scheme, shareholders entitled to dividends will be given the choice of either taking
cash dividends or reinvesting in the Company through the acquisition of additional shares in
the Company in lieu of cash in respect of the dividends. The Scheme will, therefore, provide
more alternatives for shareholders.
Payment of the dividend will also be subject to the receipt of in-principle approval from the
SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of the new shares which may be issued under the
Scheme in connection with the dividend.

 

7 cts only lah... where got the extra 1 cts... drop from sky izzit.... hehe....

 

I read that only 8 cts was propose but still pending....

Thx for the reminder, but I would think we'll really have to run if STI break 1473 while this one is not.
