Even in a bearish phase, this is abnormal down trend for so many days in such a steep decline. Something isn't right......

So how do they survive ?
Rights issue to gain capital from current shareholders.
2005 - Offer 5 for 3 @ $0.13
2007 - Offer 3 for 5 @ $0.60
2009 - Offer 1 for 5 @ $0.80
2011 - ???
How can such a company be included in the STI index ??? It is a joke. Even China HX quarterly profit will exceed its 3 years worth of crap results.

Shares of Genting Singapore Plc, which has just opened its casino in the city-state, fell to its lowest level in five months on concern valuations have become unattractive following recent gains.
“While we remain positive on the group’s business model, valuations are very demanding,” Melvyn Boey, an analyst at Bank of America’s Merrill Lynch in Singapore, told Bloomberg news.

fundamental wise ,their long term debt is sgd $3.7 billion......any one can estimate the annual earnings ..boy wonder will take how many yrs to clear this debt..... personally i wont touch this counter for investing long term, but short term trading good ... currently trend down dont fight it...
I found that Genting Sp, diff from others share..... because it also going up on friday, believe it or not?????????

Do you think Genting is at its bottom now and going up tomorrow? If you think so, than go ahead and buy. Mind you that this counter is full of shortlist now. Their objective are to short the price as low as they can. Unless you know what you are doing, I suggest you stay out of the market until this commotion is over.
