Limit exceeded so unable to short and still nursing my contra loss on yamada and freightlink..

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it has on 5 August 2013 acquired 723,000 shares in capital of Yamada Green Resources Limited (“Yamada Shares” and “Yamada” respectively) through on market acquisitions (“Further On Market Acquisitions”).
Prior to the Further On Market Acquisitions, the Company had a direct interest in 99,056,305 Yamada Shares representing 19.87% of the capital of Yamada which it had acquired through (i) On Market Acquisitions (as defined in the Company’s Circular dated 11 July 2013 (“Circular”)) (ii) the Proposed Acquisition (as defined in the Circular) and (iii) the Proposed Share Swap (as defined in the Circular). Completion for (ii) and (iii) occurred on 2 August 2013.
As a result of the Further On Market Acquisitions, the Company now has a direct interest in 99,779,305 Yamada Shares, representing 20.02% of the capital of Yamada. As such, Yamada is now an associate of the Company.
The aggregate consideration for (i), (ii), (iii) and the Further On Market Acquisitions is $25.6 million. The factors taken into account in arriving at the consideration for (ii) and (iii) and the terms of payment were disclosed in the Circular. The consideration paid for the Yamada Shares acquired through (i) and the Further On Market Acquisitions were based on the prevailing market price of the Yamada Shares at the time the Yamada Shares were acquired and were settled in cash.
The book value, net tangible asset value and latest open market value of the 99,779,305 Yamada Shares is RMB132.6 million ($27.5 million), RMB132.6 million ($27.5 million) and $24.5 million, respectively.

True, true, true... In this thread " Any stocks also ... ", the One&only or Second to none sifu's sufu is Stockcham who can confidently post his view on certain counters if he knows. Although I seldom interact with him cos I think he doesn't like me. I always keep up with his comments and make my own decision as to how high is the risk I want to take.
