Below $3.8 can buy
Below $3.7 buy more & there after........all hell break loose!
Generally, FY dividends are almost guarantee, expect 10-15cts at least. Also, Tamasick is merely transferring shares to DBS not parring.... but the speculation is whether they will sell a major stake to say CM or others which garhment have promised during its US FTA dealing.

0158 GMT [Dow Jones] PREVIEW: SingTel (Z74.SG) likely to report net profit fell 8.5% to S$905.3 million in 4Q ended March 31 on high comparison base, according to average forecast from Dow Jones poll of eight analysts. Analysts note S$84.2 million government compensation in 4Q07 for giving up monopoly status. "It''s basically the same story," says an analyst with a foreign bank; notes stable operations in Singapore and Australia, likely strong bottom-line contribution from stake in Bharti Airtel (532454.BY). Poll tips revenue +4.8% on-year at S$3.49 billion. Results due before market opens May 14. Share down 0.8% at S$3.83 early Wednesday. (VIN)

I think should have dividends.... So far so many years, whether good times or bad times they still pay shareholders dividends. But having said that, at the current price, is it still worth to vest??

Citigroup downgraded Singtel to Hold. Target only $4.00
Short term uptrend line broken. This line is just only for a few days, so most people might not notice it.Support would be at $3.79 - $3.80.
