i dun like revaluation gains, cos its not real dough.
when the market weakens, they will need to recognise revaluation losses.
Solid result....and yet it fall $0.09....probably a case of sell on news...

SINGAPORE - CapitaLand, South-east Asia's largest developer, said on Friday its fourth quarter net profit rose 49 per cent from a year ago due to revaluation gains and higher profits from projects in Singapore and abroad.

hey, my friend result just out minutes ago, ... IT IS SUPER GOOD... Full year net profit increased 151 % !!!!! 4Q net profit increased 63 %!!!!
let's see how they face the market sell down today, definitely a fantastic results !
if that's the case, it's good to do contra next week, buy today and hold until next week, today sure can test 5.98 again... hee.
Think today the result will be out, yesterday got a good boost in price, up $0.17 to $6.27.....good news coming???
