A sudden big drop makes everyone panick.. back to fundamental, gaoxian is still a very strong play for textile counter due to their ability to earn higher margin compare to others. The run up above 40cts is indeed overbought. A correction is long overdue. However I have to say, a sudden correction of 10cts a day is too harsh.
I just put myself in the shoe of those investors who bot at 44cts with 30lots. If im at your situation:
1) if i still got capital to play, I will do avg down at 30cts or below range. Add another 30lots at 30cts. avg is about 37cts. (do not avg dw too early or you may get stuck more)
2) if no more capital, now cut loss personally i think abit too late when the huge damage is done, if i bot with normal acct, I will just hold it. if using CFD, i will cut half when it happen to rebound abit. Seriously I do not think it will hit back 40cts anytime soon.

Please take a closer look at the trades.. This counter is manipulated and heavily controlled . Whether it goes this shape "^" or this shape "V" is determined by how much the BB's want to play this till they say "Enough" and move on to other counter to play... As mentioned before, 2 very strong sides are playing this.. and only 1 winner will emerge.

True be it , the timing is important as you mentioned. I am one for patience, but what I mean by stagnant water is those stocks that doesnt move a crap for months and when they move , its either they get delisted or some big news happen. When you say before it really go up or rocket up, I totally disagree cause counters that are fundamentally good will slowly inch up and not rocket upwards.... when something rocket upwards, most of the time, its short -lived and will go down to the stagnant water level again ...
Always. those still vested in this counter, cross your fingers for its debut listing in KRX.

| Most people lose because of Fear and Greed at the wrong time. So market volatile in short term is just normal and unpredictable, in long term is much more predictable if u buy the right stock at the right px. Is stagnant water the worse??? Many time some good stock just stagnant for long time before it really start rocket up, it depend what stock u buy (patience is one of the key to good investing). Only stage 1 and stage 2 player Fearing and greedy without knowing what they really want |

one thing for dual listing is we're in 4 men mahjong. 1 men got to beat the other 3 men mind. must act fast FAST. i heard somethings that if u bot shares through sin exchange, u can sold it in korea exchange, vice versa!! not so appealing... .... my view.
