Sorry, still doesn't make sense to me.
Seems to be trying to explain something very profound.
Please keep it simple. Example: "i think 0.515 will be a support, hence i queue to buy here, but if this gives way, i will cut loss at below 0.50". But then, the very act of queuing to buy at 0.515 suggest bullishness, otherwise how to hope to sell higher?
BTW, i am just kaypoh, not vested.

You have the mindset of a long-term 'investor'...
Stocks don't go down in a straight line... That's why traders buy on the temp lows and sell on the rallies, the difference being pocketed... And traders are of various timeframes, which is the key 'issue' here...

Judging by the odd behaviour of this stock last week, I am not bullish about it...
Like I said, I will queue order to buy @ .515....
If it tanks and goes below .50, I will promptly dump it...
(I never average down, because that will mean I fight the market and thus not 'giving face' to the market)...

But I dun even think that this couter has great fundamentals at all! So if one averages down, then what is one averaging on?

You are precisely the type that averages down because of undying staunch support for great fundamentals...
There's nothing wrong, except that you must be able to afford huge sums of money being tied up for long, long periods.
Make no mistake about it, many have done that and have gotten filthy rich... hehehe...

Actually can collect if it drops even more as this one, its FA is not bad anyway.
If can drop to its 52 weeks low even better. Oh we can collect even cheaply.

Buying enthusiasts should try and get in at .515...
Then, dump quickly if it falls below .50 in order not to lose more... (but be prepared to lose this amount) ...

Mistake: zigzag should be 5-3-5, not 3-3-5.

REC should spot 1 more slight decline and then start its final wave C of B. Wave 5 of A of B is a truncated 5th which could mean a very very weak upside C of B is waiting ahead, high of 0.70 cts on 05/06 is clearly a wave 3 of A of B and may be a hit and go when wave C starts to move. Strange thing about its Ewave is that its correction since 01/11/09 up till now is clearly a zig zag 3-3-5 structure so that means current wave B should at least touches the 38% fibonacci at about 84 cts. But it looks like internal strength in all momentum indicators are spotting many divergences. Let's wait and see....

I mean, there's something that doesn't look right, ie. something fishy about the surge.
Usually, a surge is followed by a consolidation well above the previous high before the surge.
But in this case there was a something of a 100% retracement... may not be a real uptrend...

The highlighted yellow words, u are refering to what? Care to elaborate? Thanks in advance
This may not be the real thingy.

The volume on the surge two day ago was not high by any standard...
And then this was followed by such a drastic 'retracement' yesterday...
