Volume so far is still miniscule...

Wait till the real players come in...

If it touches .88, hell can give way...  Smiley

One thing I admire is your ability to be accurate most of the time.  How do you do it? Cheers.

"FA is the groundwork (FIXED) like a plot of land to build a house, TA is the house itself for everyone to re-design on how the outcome you want it to be based on the external factors,etc etc (DYNAMIC).. "

Same goes to :

speculators in property prices = BBs / shortsellers speculating in share prices

banks = brokerage houses

MAS = SGX

:)

I agreed on the statement that FA is ok but TA plays the bigger role here.

Think of it, how many times you got a stock of a good FA but still on paper loss? If you know how to get on with the TA, you will be able to maximise the profit , won't say many times but at least you will the position of that particular stock.

When people asked me, I always give them the statement below:

"FA is the groundwork (FIXED) like a plot of land to build a house, TA is the house itself for everyone to re-design on how the outcome you want it to be based on the external factors,etc etc (DYNAMIC).. "

I believe in FA but the tool i am using is always TA.. that won't change for me..

I agree....no free lunch in the world....better do homework first....i use combination of FA/TA (nt foolproof always) but better than buy/sell based solely on insider trading , rumours etc....usually bang into wall hard.....if FA ok but TA tell you to sell better trust it....dont cling to slim hopes.....i learn it the hard way too..

Singing the right tune at the right time is common sense and rather obvious to most savvy players...

But only when the time is ripe... Smiley

Do not be over-pessimistic that it will go down close to NAV or 60-70cts.... The $600 million price tag paid for the 49 hectare land is now worth much more....... very soon more analysts will sing different tunes on the revaluation etc....

If I have time next week, I will post some technical indication on my blog http://star-trader.blogspot.com on Genting to check the support level and the uptrend/downtrend signal based on the weekly volume distribution next week.
