Bro unique6, please allow a different point of view.

Whilst  Edward Lee may be the biggest shareholder, he is not a member of the board and thus may not know everything there is to know about the strategic direction and operation of the company.

In addition, one cannot surmise that just because he cash out some of his shares, it necessarily means a lack of confidence in the company or that the company is not worth takeover. He may not want to and may not have the means to takeover the company in the first place.

Thirdly, if he did not know how high the stock can go, what makes you think he knows how low it will go, then?

What about the other  large shareholder, Zaid? Did he sell? Remember, he was invited to invest in the company by the directors.  won't that say anything about the relationship between him and the company directors?  If he cash  out (not sure  if he can cos there a  moratorium period, right?), then I would be more worried.

In the end, we will all make our own decisions what to do with our money. Cheers!

Edward Lee is largest shareholder by far 535m shares vs next largest only 350m Zaid. He can't be like ordinary punter because:

(1) he must have influence cause with 10% he could technically call EGM vote out the directors, so selling  out now maybe means it's not even worth it to takeover company and recover money is better than staying on or controlling company

(2) with such a large position, by selling now he knows it will affect his overall position so he must have thought the price really going down significantly for him to take this risk (like run out of cinema on fire before everyone jam the exit)

(3) he invest in so many penny stocks, many he heard from other  BBs that Ipco go trouble or fraud so jump ship

(4) maybe his friends all  sold out first at 4.4c  cause he knows when he sells his personal stake must declare so he let his friends run out first at higher price.

(5) surely he not dumb guy  and sophisticated investor so he knows something we don't. On this forum we all gossip, spread rumours, but in the end actions speaks louder than words. He action is clear. Anyway,  I  only small position, but my cost lower, so dunno what you guys  going to do, but I think better take  profits before profits become losses " quote Warran Buffett" !

he can always buy back at lower price with more shares.. the momentum now is downwards (heard from forummers saying ipco under curb by UOB or something).. also it has been the trend that whenever ipco surge, the next few days will trace back (i was thinking maybe this trend will be broken & therefore make a risk not to take profits earlier, 'cos ipco is definitely not 4 cents share base on their blumont value, and the 2 billion volume is really high & bullish).. so it makes even more sense for edward to take the profits now.. now some people here are bearish when it fall, & bullish when it rise, and this further proves the fact that ppl buy at high, and sell at low lol.. with this selling by edward, i think weak holders will panic, and cut their losses, so probably tml ipco may continue to fall.. edward happy, 'cos later he can buy back at cheap again.. i probably may take some profits out tml ('cos of those panic sellers) and then buy back after coast is clear at lower price.. see how it goes..

I wanted 3 kids too, but lost 1 on 5th week. Happy and blessed  with the 2.  Imagine at their age, still wants me to tuck them in bed. Not complaining, haha.

My wife says I spoil them too much.  It'll be soon when they'll stop asking, hmmm, perhaps next year when they are in JC and meeting boys. By that time, their daddy is no longer the most handsome man in their lives, hahaha.

No worries, as long as you dun call me a dirty old man, you won't be out of line. lol

You shud stop calling yourself an old woman. Maybe it's cos you have the grace and confidence to call yourself that..

As for ipco, I think the new support is 36/37 and perhaps will stay within the 1-2 pips range until the next run-up, which we dun know when...

Hey Bigmama, I was smart and stupid, all in one afternoon! I bought Ipco at 3ct many weeks ago, waited for the run-up, sold half at 4.2 and thus thought I was very smart. Then got itchy fingers and  bought back the half  at 4.6! We all know the rest of the story...

But honestly... Blumont is a blue moon..... If sit every night ( expect some stocks) to wait for a blue moon. I can grow old and still not see another blue moon. I would kick myself to see my penny stock goes up and up then down and down and down...... I think many people here have the same experience.

Has this counter continue its surge instead of dropping back after that day you will be saying the  opposite  wouldn't you . And why would those whom didnt cash out last week blame themself? i wouldnt if   i was them. Everyone has their own playing style. Its unpredictable in stock especially penny. Take Blumont for example, bet most wouldnt knows it will be a $2 stock now back then. Making the right decisions to sell last week doesn't make you   better then those whom didnt offload. So please dont get too big headed just because you make afew right decision.
