depends on jib ge or hua ge 😃
This kind of stock only comes once in a long while...
I am sure many will be averaging up as it rises, hence the relentless climb ...
No one can really tell when the climb will stop...
A good quality stock which shows much promise can really " kee siow"
as more and more people come to realise its potential...
I am no sifu..
but i agree with some statements here that this is a punting stock..
in the stk mkt you cannot not punt.. everything is a punt, only depends whether fast or slow movement..
News is out: more projects to come.. so what more are you waiting for ?
Advice:
This one if you have a strong heart.. all in.. .. 6mths to 1 yr... double this px you see now (our own prediction only).
short term 1 week trade? Just do intraday trade better.. In and out fast.. save you the headache and sleepless nights.
DYODD.

believe Rowsli will go up to $ 1 by year end.

Year  end 31/3/2013.  Good report will be next major catalyst for price hike.  Rowsli is Singapore's proxy to Iskandar development.
With Peter Lim's midas touch and business acumen, this stock will be a dream come true for some people....how big is yr dream???
Some have taken profit....but I will not do so and in fact trying to buy more when there is weakness...
I am waiting to get the rights as well as more projects announcemnts from Rowsley.......................
Yes sifu is so right there...no thinking or reading is required... that's wasting time...
When a stock is " kee siow" (chiong and chiong), those who hesitate will lose out ... lol...

One needs to read between the lines and think...

Talk like not talking!
No one can know beforehand how a stock can develope...
One can bet... and it is only by betting that one can win big... or lose big... just like in a casino...
But for stocks, if more people are willing to bet in one direction, it goes in that direction.

but how many had you caught them wrong in that belief  and lose badly?.......Rowsley in itself is a good case study many years ago.

Do you understand what it meant by $1 for Rowsley fundamentally????  I am sure PL will not be there to help you to achieve it when it is not ready as it is today and in the foreseeable future.

In the equity parlance, Rowsley is still a trading or punting stock, not considered an investment choice as of today.....of course if you can afford to lose you can ignore the downside risks.....I am sure you do not understand what it is called calculated risks.

Good prospect of moving towards a $1

It may be cheap now...

If everyone worry here and there , than no need to do business already
There are risk in every business venture.
As the saying if there no pain there is no gain, so stay vested and who know   Rowsley may become a blue chip one day.

A few months ago reading  from the Malaysian news there were persistent lobbies to get the authorities to hike the purchase of Johor properties by foreigner  to a minimum price of RM1M from the current RM500K.  I guess if the economy in the world is doing alright all round, then it should not be much of an impediment  to the success of the project, aside from  any unpredictable change in the political situation.
By the way, Sabah is a big political and economic risk to Malaysia right now, and the situation there can be unpredictable by my understanding of the Malay psyche.
