The announcement made on 10 April 2012, the Board of Directors of Oceanus Grp Ltd (the “Co”) wishes to announce that pursuant to an application made by the Company, the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority has on 19 April 2012 granted the Company an extension of time up to 30 May 2012 to hold its Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’).
Accordingly, the Company AGM will hold no later than 30 May 2012 and will issue a notice in due course.
If we look back at BIG, when it was struggling with experiments and research, the counter went down to 22 cents. Now with recognition of it stents the price has move above the $1.45 that was hanging there for many monhs.
With Oceanus, I think it will also meet the same challenges and when there are some signs of good work achieved, this counter should cheong up.
Takeover will force the price up to 60 or 70 cents because the potentials of the business is real big.
