Keppel Land: Signed a conditional agreement with Takashimaya Singapore Ltd, a subsidiary of Takashimaya Co, to pre-commit approx 15k sqm of retail space across 5 floors of Saigon Centre Phase 2. With Takashimaya coming onboard as anchor tenant, about 30% of the total retail area is pre-leased ahead of the expected completion in 2015.

Co will sell 33.4% stake (8.2m share)s in Saigon Centre Invt which holds a 68% interest in Saigon Centre to Toshin for approx US$23m
Keppel Land will also jointly establish a 50:50 retail management co with Toshin's subsidiary to provide retail management services for co’s projects in Vietnam. Toshin’s expertise and skills in retail mall development will ensure that we continue to adopt best-in-class approach that will ensure operational excellence at Saigon Centre.
Saigon Centre is located at the heart of Ho Chi Minh City's CBD, upon completion in 2015, will be 45 storeys with 7 lvls of retail and dining (50k sqm), with 40k sqm of Grade A office space and over 200 units of serviced apts. KepLand trades at 0.9x P/B.

Oh yes, we shd be fearful when all those empty shell any how soar with hugh vol.
this is the time to be fearful. and when your broker stop you from buying them.
this is the sign of the good time coming to the end...very well known.

When will we be fearful, when will we be greedy.
That is the question.
If you are fearful so soon, you end up cursing yourself, if you are fearful so soon and sell too early, then also you bang.
you can be greedy, that is why we are in stock, but we shd not let greed takeover and blind us.
let profit run, let trailing stop do the profit taking for us. 
dont go up see shiok shiook, shiok is when u see profit in your bank acc.

when ppl are bullish, you got to be v  weary..This is the sign that the mkt may come down any moment. When ppl are greedy , u got to be fearful...Mkt will show u the true color soon..

There will be a time when all chart are just chart, and TA are just TA.
Mkt know not TA or chart, if it is, then analyst will not be hammer by ppl. TA guy here will be rich truthly
this is the season that mkt as it is... the more you side line and wait the more the px soar.
and correct alittle , then chiong again, left you chasing later, and then it collapse on you,adfter you finally throw in and buy.
chase now and use stop, is better than later, because later when fund are almost all in , then
who will support the px. 
Tdy kepland close rather weak. Fm the chart  it seems to be showing sign of coming down. If Mon breakdown below 2.75, better place yr stop-loss in place ....

If u listen too much to yr broker. chances are u will be disappointed .trade base on yr trading plan.  And be cautious and don't follow anyhow..mkt is definitely due for a big correction ...It has charged up too fast and too much..
