DPU might be lower taking into account the enlarged share base after preferential share offer.
It might be down ard 12 Scts from 15 Scts but still consider attractive > 10%.
I've sold off my share few days ago with profit.
Today bought back @ 1.16 (equal to recent preferential share price) as I expect it will give enough support.
Today's lowest @ 1.15, Next support (and important support) would be ard 1.09-1.12 cmiiw Be cautious if it breach this lvl support as it might fall down below $1 *touch wood*

i just took a quick look at the chartof keppeland, the price move very slowly downwards, but rch their support lvl, normally i love to buy at support, but given their slow movement, im nt interested. but current price i tink should be nice to enter but dunno need to hold how long.
How about keppeland? Are u vested in it or what's yr view on it's short-term price direction :-)
Me not vested yet in it after last contraing it off at $1.47

Cool.. if u ask me regarding UOB, i tink current price is of my liking too. As it is trading above its support level. Can support if you wan to. For me UOB's share price too ex liao, me nt enough $ to hold them.

as long as the dun breach 1.12, i will hold it, or if they hit near 1.12-1.13, i will buy up more.

Correction.. Resistance should be ard 1.36-1.37
If price can pass > 1.38, it may re-test next resistance @ 1.50 (double bottom up formation)
1st Support @ 1.21-1.25

I took the preferential shares announced earlier too. Anyone knows when can I start selling it? Is it the same time with the dividen payable date on 27 Feb?

AREIT separately announced an equity raising exercise to raise up to S$410.6m through issuing 353.9m shares @ S$1.16 per share (7% to VWAP). This amounts to c.26% of current total share base. Proceeds will be used to fund development commitments and repay ST loans. DPU is expected to decline by c. 19% in FY10 to 12.1 Scts from 15.0cts, taking into account the enlarged share base.
