II. Target Co
The Target Co is established in Inner Mongolia of the People's Republic of China ("PRC") and is currently
constructing its production facilities for the manufacture of biological animal drugs, and more particularly,
vaccines for animal hand-foot-and-mouth disease. The Target Co is expected to complete the
construction of its production facilities in the third quarter of 2009 and upon passing relevant inspections,
obtain the necessary PRC licences and approvals to commence manufacturing and sale of the
aforementioned biological animal drugs ("PRC Licences").
The Target Co currently has five PRC shareholders who hold in aggregate the Target Co's total
registered capital of RMB30 million, of which RMB12 million has been paid up and the remaining RMB18
million is, pursuant to the terms of the Acquisition, required to be paid up by the existing shareholders by
31 December 2008.

Well I will be holding it till the new hand foot mouth vaccine launch :)
This one looks good for long term, with the acquisition of another china co. that has some exclusive vaccine rights?
Hope it can break thru the 0.245 by this week ....

Based on Technical chart,this one will hit 22 on Mon after completing its bull flag. Long run 30cents is achievable but will take time. Buy only if you can hold as positive newstream will come in on the revenue, vaccine and possible new breakout of animal disease after quite a long lull.
seem like run out of steam like jaya, MAP.
seem like the STI is in downtrend.
maybe better to stay at sideline for now.

This quarter no dividend.
They give a dividend of 2.2 RMB cents per share last year.
When will the dividend issue? How much?
