Have you been Pulau Ubin? Pulau Ubin is 10.19km2. The total land that Ausgroup want to purchase is 10.62 leh. Bigger than pulau ubin but cost only $210,000,000.

acres of freehold land located in Sedenak, Johor, Malaysia (the “Target Group Lands”). The

i would think that the Johor to raise taxes on foreign property owners will impact this stock's impending RTO..
