sold off my bonus of 20lots( 1 for 1 bonus) at 35.5cts and bought 6 lots of STX OSV..long terms better prospect as Fragrance suffered from bonus overhang of shares
Will be announcing last quarter result this thursday. Likely to move and cross $0.4 expecting good result.

trading acc will never show these units since they were credited straight to CDP... you'll need to manually adjust your units in the trading account.
how come CDP acc already credit the bonus share unit but the trading acc still no credit yet? anyone of you have this experience?
Well support at $0.345 even after the bonus share start to trading today. Have to potentila to cross $0.4 in the near short term.

Just when it tthought fragrance is going to under 35cts(ex-bonus)..it's being propped up again...not bad despite the new bonus shares in liao..hope can go beyond > 40cts
why they don't bother to revalue their asset value and isn't it a must in F/Y report??

NAV is based on the time when they bought those land at cheap prices espcially shop houses which had been converted into hotel rooms....
The RNAV shd be a better bench mark...However, based on the RNAV it's still over-valued must note that stock price is a perceived value based on future performance of the company. Note also that the company tends to understate it's RNAV as a common practice.
If the nav is $0.079 only, most probably those shophouses converted
to hotel rooms are leased. My tot only.

its current market price is trading at 4.43 times its net asset value
share price is expensive compare to other similar companies in singapore.
The price had being shifted down for those who wants to sell their bonus share upon issued. Might takes a little more time for it to recover.
