For those who don't have swimming pools, they also can have their 'free gym' for daily aerobics.

All they need to do is walk up the stairs every day and get the benefit of great health without

paying a cent for gym membership. With this method, one can even skip all the jogging, etc.

Lets see how LTA and SMRT share the 900 mil.  But i guess SMRT will continue to face pressure on high maintenance cost in the next 3 years.  Perhaps LTA takes a bigger portion of the  900 mil to minimize the impact.

Let hope for the best.

Another serious irritant on TV is when advertisements come on during a show, the sound level is abruptly increased.

The USA has recently outlawed this kind of anger-inducing practice. I wonder when we are going to stop it here too.

This reminds one of those pop-up ads when we view YouTube videos.

Whenever those ads appear, before the video starts or while you are watching the video,

it makes people's blood boil. In the long-term, this can contribute to a decline in people's health.  Smiley

SMRT declares a final dividend of 5.70 cents per share, bringing total dividend per share to 7.45 cents for the year. This is a drop of 1.05 cents, or 1.24% from the previous year.

At the current price of $1.68, the dividend yield works out to be 4.43% which is pretty decent and well-supported.

On Friday, SMRT continue to undergo heavy selling pressure and closed at $1.685 with HIGH volume of 4.41 million shares traded.

Three black candles occurred in the last three days.  Although these candles were not big enough to create three black crows, the steady downward pattern is bearish.

Both RSI & MACD are bearish though RSI near oversold region.

Important Resistance of SMRT: $1.71

Immediate Support of SMRT: $1.64

Currently the prices are well below 20/50/100/200 days MA.

Many ppl disregard this counter which will be very good one to keep long.

1) COE n car price will never come down anymore,

2) when ppl buy properties the 1st thing must be near MRT

3) everywhere price increase, salary, food, petrol etc --> inflation is here to stay

So once SMRT settle their issues (which this time they dont dare play play anymore) the sure dare to ask for price increase anyway we have no choice also.
