U sure someone is accumulating at 23c & not unloading?
If u see properly, its a 2 transactions of Sell Down / Bidders Price of 2.456m & 2m shares.
If u take a closer look at the detail Time & Sales log, the 2.456m Sell Down / Bidders Price was follow by a Buy Up / Asking Price of 44k shares, in the same minute.
Therefore, it could be an unloading of 2.5m shares & a total of 4.5m shares in the 2 transactions.
I'm just reading from the Time & Sales log.
Will make its way back to 30 cts again.
