Despite the fact that Time Watch key business is in China and has not been speculated by the BBs, there has been small volume of panic selling by retail investors. Time Watch key fundamental is pretty strong and is poised for a very strong earnings. My estimate for eps for 2006 is at 3.65 cents. Thus at current prices the share is very cheap for a penny stock.

There is no reason to panic and sell down the share. The recent price drop is purely due to a small number of retail investors. The big players are not gonna do that as the US credit situation has no direct impact on their business earnings. China will continue to prosper and on the contrary US may need China to save them.

Just wait for the financial report on 24 Aug 06.

Personally I feel that this watch business is a worthy investment in the long run.

Watch is already a necessity for everyone.  For the better to do, they will own many watches.  For the well to do, luxury watch is just part and parcel of their life.

Just China alone, the market for watches is gigantic.

Worth considering as Time Watch is currently just 30cts.   Just look at Sincere Watch performance gives us an idea how the watch industry performs....

"PREMIER watch specialist Sincere Watch yesterday reported record revenue growth of 22.9 per cent year on year in its third-quarter results.

Revenue in the October-December 2006 quarter was a robust $105.7 million, surpassing the $100 million quarterly revenue mark for the first time in the group's history.

The strong growth was also attributed to the strength of the local and regional economies, improved visitor arrivals and the increased marketing efforts that the group undertook. "

Yes, the watch business is big business.  The PRC is a huge booming economy and TimeWatch is set to attract the new middle class in China as well as within the region.

One just needs to look at City Chain and SincereWatch to see the untapped potential.

In-house brands yield hefty profits.  You can make a very good designer watch with all bells and whistles, slap on your own label, "platinium metallic" guarantee card and carved wooden gift box (total cost around S$50) and retail in Singapore in the range of S$350 to S$600.

One can see how popular and profitable the City Chain stores are. Another good example of a watch company is Sincere Chain.  It is a little more upmarket but is also reflected by its share price @$1.34

Now you can get a piece of the action through Timewatch!

At pre-consolidation prices, @0.5cts Timewatch should be trading at 25cts, and @1cts, Timewatch should be trading at 50cts.

Currently @30.5cts, there is not much of a premium to be paying for Timewatch

Look at how well Sincere Watch is doing

50 to 1 means

old 50 lots @0.005ct = $250.00.

After consolidation, old 50 lots translates to 1 new lot, ie 25 cts per new share.

Besides trim the supply by 50 times, any other factor to consider?
