Hi iTrader,

I would execute a buy when the price is uptrending (but not yet overbought) and the Acc/Dist and Chaikin are both turning up.

Hi Singaporegal

Could you share when would you consider buying (based on chart)?. Should the MACD Histrogram be in positive zone and Stochastic be uptrending?.

If you are looking at DBS chart, would you consider buying on the 2nd May or 3rd May?.

Thanks

Hi iTrader,

A stock can remain oversold for a long time. Better to wait for actual price trend to reverse upwards first.

I still learning TA and I may be wrong.

Looking at the chart, do you think its a good idea to start buying when the Stochastic is in the oversold region, and the MACD Histogram is trending upwards, and Inverted Hammer was detected on the 3rd May.

hi itrader, my TA skills not as good as sggal but i agree w her. still seeing celestial downtrending. but i think there could be a reversal soon based on MAcrossover. however pls. take note MAcrossover is a lagging indicator so wait for a few more days to confirm.

good luck.

Hi itrader,

I don't see any reversal yet unfortunately.

As for signs of downtrending, I use the Acc/Dist and Chaikin charts. Both are currently downtrending so that's not too good.

Hmmm ... may not be on downtrend as yet >>

OLD NEWS but as long as got bio-diesel, definitely got chances of uptrend:

"Celetial Nutrifoods wants to start producing bio-diesel by the end of this year.

It is now in its final stages of constructing its factories and plan to start installing machinery and equipment by mid-2007."

Good Luck

Bun

If you look at the 5year chart, it is at the tip of the triangle formation (Big bull flag) with 1.46 as the support and was touch on 20 April 07. Not forgetting the Ang Moh fund has been accumulating for the past few month and also not forgetting those target price of S$2.4 by some broker house sometime back. FA wise, I think the company is on track for another year of good earning with its "clean fuel" backing by the Central Government coming on stream as well as its utilisation rate improving steadily.Smiley

haizz what the hell... the US futures on corn and soybean drop drastically. But i strongly believe that this will be short term as the coming summer will be hitting high degrees and affecting the output of soybean and corn from US, thus driving the price up by the China's exploding consumption on ethanol, protein food.
