Jan' high was 3.90....Apr' high was 3.50....Jun' lowest 2.75...and

now 2.85....this property counter is going out of   favour for sometime to come...

Yawn....mkt in zombie mood

Crapland is coming out of ICU already la, this morning capmalls asia  shouted fantastic Q2 profits, double  last yr's in fact. So far,  all its subparts (capcomm, capmall trust, capretail china) results all swee swee,  tmr ascott's turn to report.

CapCommT, Capmall T, CapitaRetailChina all reported good results.

The rest will report results :

Thurs 21/7 - Capmalls Asia,

Fri 22/7 - Ascott Residence

Hopefully their results also pleasing to the investing community, then crapland can chiong liao.

Dunno when crapland result coming out?  This bugger always give me heart attack.

monthly chart shows bearish symptom but otherwise for daily.

  RSI rebounded at 50% but MACD converging towards bearish signal. Immediate support is $2.75 and if it manages to rebound from there and move up, it will form bullish double bottom. Hope this is the signal to buy by then.

i used to follow calls from different sectors and i found out that, whenever they call for buy, they may be trying to find opportunity to offload their vested values and you will end up being the one carrying out the responsibility for them.

  Now, i follow what i see and what i believe. Even if i lose, its due to my own assessment and not stupidity nor negligence.
