-Adds to Asia ex Japan (small caps): CitySpring, Epure, First Resources,
Ho Bee, Lippo-Mapletree, Oceanus and Parkway. Deletes include A-REIT,
Creative, Pine Agri and Jardine Strategic. See attached for full list.

* FTSE has announced the details of its annual review for Asia
Pacific ex-Japan. With an estimated US$3trillion benchmarked against
their indices and FTSE having won a good number of recent mandates in
Asia, investors should expect near-term price and liquidity impact.
* The key large/mid cap index is relatively stable with only 24
additions and 12 deletions. Still, the estimated two-way index turnover
is about 2.9%, much more than last year's 1.9%
* Meanwhile there will be lots of changes to the small cap index,
with 132 additions and 33 deletions leading to an anticipated 27.6%
two-way turnover. Even if you don't use a FTSE index, anyone looking at
small caps will want to watch these names for the potential market
impact.
* Also watch for Jardine Strategic which has been re-included, and
note STX Pan Ocean is emigrating itself to Korea from Singapore.
