Like most other stocks now, its continuous move upwards is now hanging. Any news from US will determine it go north or south from here. Understandably, few people r taking positions now, mostly waiting for US debt vote to pass, then.... hoot ahhhh, chiong ahhhhhh.......
By the way, out of 23 analysts: they give 18 BUY calls, 3 HOLD, 2 SELL (source: Bloomberg 22/7/2011)

Capitaland will start to move up if it can break 2.96 today. Not a candidate for shorting... chart shows mini strength.
morning ah wah...sorry leh, i in Thailand, for the past 6 days, and later afternoon, flying to KL , going to visit genting till end week. Will be back in action next week. I am confident in this company, and think will drifting at thos range , and see whether could go above $3/- this week, and when Q3 annoucment- 3.33 level will be sighted.

It will keep dropping to 2.6
On Monday, Capitaland re-test the resistance at $2.95 and closed at $2.92 with LOW volume of 4.32 million shares traded.
A flat candle sticks with long lower shadow indicates that the rally has lost its momentum and investors began to take profit.
Both RSI & MACD are flat as RSI trend sideways.
Important Resistance of Capitaland: $2.95
Immediate Support of Capitaland: $2.75
Currently prices are resisted by 50 days MA at $2.95.

He has unlimited source of fund to keep averaging..... No worry for Ah fool... lol
Maybe when it rallies, he averages up (buy more)...
When it goes down, he averages down (buy more)...

Note: Analysts are more postive on carpland recently, seeing value now that the price is very low, but they are mixed on capmalls asia. Pl read the analysts reports yourself (too numerous to post here).
Closed 2.95, with a last minute buy up. Capmalls Asia too, wake up from slumber liao.
That would be a continuation of the long-term trend,
which is apparently now still in force...
but no one can know for sure...

I am afraid this is now being double confirmed....critical support level 2.75, once broken, more downside....
It has already been out of favour for a long time. one of my worst performing counters..what more its a bluechip.haiz
