All the oil n gas counters are holding firm at market opens .
Not all bad news for the market , oil rose above $ 63 may provide some strength for the oil n gas counters .
Mermaid could not power up even a gap was opened , and closed up the gap eventually . Today may follow US market to retreat ,support is at 51 cents which is another higher low in the uptrend .
Market needs a rest , it looks like very tired .

2. However it is a laggard. Playing catch up with other marine companies.
3. 57 and 62 cents are the next resistance price levels.
4. Waiting for good news.

Mermaid opens at 57 cents with a gap of 3 cents , if the gap will not cover in a few days time , the price will go up to 64 cents .
Due to the sharp rose of DJ and oil price , today market will go higher . Mermaid will open higher jumping a price gap , if it open at 55 cents , then it could reach a short term target of 62 cents .
If mermaid tries to play catch -up with ezra or ks energy , it has still more room to advance , even 64 cents still is a good buy ,the volume was just 3003 which is easy to beat , so is 56 cents still cheap ?
0.64 is one of the strong resistance, if break will shoot up strongly. Of course to take profit on the way up swing to 0.64, may have some minor resistances. Only personal view for sharing.
Dear Bintang, thanks for your info in Fibonacci calculation, very helpful! Where to obtain reading materials about Fibo ? Hope some other experts can also share their with us in this forum..

It is always correct to take profit , but if it shoot up above 60 cents ,buy back .

buy them back tomorrow or next ? Or I should hold on to them for a few months.
