SEMB MAR CHART - Range is from 5.18 to 5.40, support at 5.18 seems to be holding quite well currently..... Investors can accumulate around the lower end of this range for any rebound when market strengthens..
Still no sign of NEW contracts ANNOUNCEMENT... ...

Yup. the last company buy in was done on 20 april 2011 by sembcorp industries CEO...
till now, no updates on any share buy in by the company
So ? ?? who is supporting the PRICE?

Hope it will hit closest possible to 200dMA before bouncing off.
Good stock to pick up below $5.
SembMar could be one of the first to recover when this sell down is over.
Surprise, surprise, very surprise if it goes below 5.00
The company buy back is probably supporting the price. Would not be surprised if it goes below $ 5.00.
Base on the out dated chart analysis. Sembmar is in consolidation phase of the elliott wave....
Support turn resistance at $5.25
Stronger resistance at $5.30
Do watch the 200DMA for hints and clue ( let hope it will not violated )
$5.01/0 seems like a lifeline for sembmar (due to extreme quiet contract news ...)

What about sembcorp industries then? Anyone knows whether support is seen at 4.68 or higher?

Yup investors aren't panic selling so far, on days with dow jones taking heavy losses sembmarine doesn't gap down much at opening. At the most 3-4 cents, it used to be with bad news overnight it gaps down 7-8 cents no less. Notice that volume is also rather light.
