The WIDE SPREADS between BiDs and Offers are created by MARKET MAKERS to explOit the traders and investOrs ???
Where there is MARKET MARKERS, like in ETFs and cOvered Warrants, WIDE SPREADS always exist.
Also, when market is UP, MARKET MARKERS always slOw dOwn the UP side.
And when market is dOwn, MARKET MARKERS alwyas slOw dOwn the dOwn side.
The DISsynchronisation Of Ups and dOwns is an UNfair practice Of MARKET MAKERS.

There are pros and cons trading CFDs. There are sometimes no offers or bids and the spreads could be quite apart by several bids. I have not traded CFDs before, because I don't like to put up margins before trading which is required in CFD trades.

CFD is for both long and short trades... With cash, you have a long wait of 4-5 days to settle your payments... But with CFD, all transactions are settled practically overnignt... How can CFD not be a 'blessing' then? ...

For trade or investment, CFD is the best thing ever invented since skimmed milk...
But the only main drawback I experience is the limited counters to play...
There's no spread, but unlike cash queues, the bid/offer queue on CFD has to be cleared before a trade is executed, thus you lose a click.

Is a bleesing not to have CFD a/c....... :) |

Quickly open a CFD a/c.
Can go long, as well as short for 30 days.
Can oso carry forward after 30 days. Pl. bear
in mind that interest is incurred.
It oso give u a leverage of 5 times of your
deposit a/c. e.g. deposit 10k, u can trade
upto less than 50K. Cheers and good luck.
