The Board of Directors of Ying Li International Real Estate Limited (the “

announce that the Company has on 19

SHINY PROFIT ENTERPRISES LIMITED (“Shiny”). Shiny is a company incorporated in the British

Virgin Islands with an initial issued and paid-up capital of US$10,000 comprising of 10,000 shares of

US$1.00 each.

The principal activity of Shiny is that of an investment holding company.

The above transaction is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings per share and net

tangible assets per share of the Company for the current financial year.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect, in

the above transaction.

If China further their loan tightening, it will be bumpy for YingLi but it will be good to look out for mid- or long- term benefit.....however we need to know their project well since some project may has yet to kick off. Look at it in this way, if they are to start and complete by 1 or 2 years time, what is the property market then? Will bank be loaning them for the project with higher interest rate (due to loan tightening)? Will their project be attractive after 1-2 years? and it goes on....

i wanna buy ying li when i cash out on genting but i scared the bubble of property in china(if there is really one) will burst and ying li might not have 2 years to grow to reach $1.2. Think at current price its ok to buy?

BTW, my broker told me he thinks Yingli highly likely to find its bottom at 62 cts & rebound to 67-67.5 cts max in the immediate short-term, hmm, I shall see whether is he right or worng on his this trading buy call or not??

btw, got many brokerages give Yingli a price target of $1plus to $1.20plus, an almost 100% upside from current 62 cts
