set what you can lose....if u can only lose 2k...then you may use the 10X by coming out with nothing...and depends on your luck..if win, then you get extra without anything..if reached your 2k loss...u lose this 2k...like others said, its an double-edge sword...one of my ex-colleague was bugged by broker to keep topping up his account..think he is playing with margin.

The secet is :

Go find for any gambler that is super unlucky one , and stand behind him, then,  you place opposite bet of him.   i..e  he buys big, you buy small.   SURE WIN.

After few wins, dump that guy, go find next target.

Personally I think it's imperative to invest/ trade within our means so as to avoid a situation whereby you get burnt badly.

Whenever I buy a share, I would ensure that I've the fund to pick up in the event that I can't contra off. May not be able to make big bucks that way but I know I won't get into financial trouble. I will only lose what I can afford.

CFD is powerful double-edged sword, due leveraging effect of 4X to 10X. Setting of stops is also something quite tricky. It's easy to get stopped out of a trade. Definitely not for newbies and those with low level of risk tolerance

For newbies, this system will be good.. Your broker will decide to let you access CFD on daily basis....i.e. he think can use CFD, he allows, if not advisabe to use CFD, he switches off for you........

CFD is for both long and short trades...

With cash, you have a long wait of 4-5 days to settle your payments...

But with CFD, all transactions are settled practically overnignt...

How can CFD not be a 'blessing' then? ... Smiley

In bull market you don't use CFD, you use margin
