Get more Genting sp.  Market bullish will spur big time buying.  Universal studio soft launch on 18 March likely to bring high revenue,I think.

CFD is also proven not risky at all if traded cleverly.

Anyway, margined account or CFD account, both are margined (leveraged) instruments.

Thus, it is a matter of using the leverage of these facilitie correctly for trading that is important.  Smiley

Now there are 2 types of CFDs.  One is the normal one and the new one is the CFD-DMA type.  The CFD-DMA (direct market access) type I heard is executed via the exchange while the non dms are traded with the brokerage themselves.  I am not very sure if this is true.  To me it seems no difference.

I can prove that margin is not risky if done correctly. I can show easily using a calculator

One person told me if you use CFD to buy shares you don't own the shares so if there is divindend you don't get it but someone else told me you do get the dividend. So this part I am not sure. But to be safe, I choose margin. I know I will be paid the dividend. Anyway I also have a CFD account. I can just transfer my money over from my margin account in one day

Care to explain the difference between "margin" and "CFD"?

I've alway thought CFD is a margined instrument. Smiley

Some "pantang" people don't like  others to stand behind him too long to watch him gamble.  When winning he doesn't mind but when losing, he might be very mad with people standing behind him.

No harm trying this method, but, do it 'discreetly' (wait some gamblers very 'rough' and stare at you and ask you why you keep staying behind him......)  . and best go with your friend so that 4 eyes better than 2 eyes.......

I was told  those Chinese guys (from China)  are very good gamblers.   If you want to win, (ride on their luck)  , you follow whatever they bet after observing thier luck........  This is how some of  my friends won when they actually dont know  how to play at the tables........hahaha!

CFD is powerful double-edged sword, due leveraging effect of 4X to 10X. Setting of stops is also something quite tricky. It's easy to get stopped out of a trade. Definitely not for newbies and those with low level of risk tolerance

OCBC buy 0.905, fair value only 1.04......

DBSv HOLD 0.9,   tp 1.07

How to reach $1 and above?

Looks like have to wait to buy and add more lots when it goes below 0.80 or 0.70 to average the cost.
