naa its the share holder buying back its stock as it is currently oversold. Best time to buy back shares when it is oversold. The Shareholders are confident that it will worth more in the near future. Remember it used to trade over $1.6 ... :) It's fair value given its assets and education demand "is increasing" ..... easily worth $0.80 range
