Some facts on Rex North Dakota and Colorado oil interest:

1) Joint venture: Farm (60%), Rex(20%), Loyz(20%)

2) 80 well to be drilled by joint venture company Rex (49%), Loyz(51%)

3) Concession holds

i) 6.19 Million Barrels of 2P Oil reserves

ii) 6.84 Million Barrels of 2C Oil resources

iii) 45.18 Billion cubic feet of 2C gas resources

And that is just the North America concession only.
