How to trade Genting Sp's shares??????
Cannot go long or short. Wondering whether
the casino is as quiet as the share mkt, haha
MS downgrade Genting Sp to Equalweight from
Overweight. Cuts TP to $0.90 from $1.30 after lowering
FY10-11 EPS estimates by 50%, 20% respectively, "with
the opening of Universal Studios, most of the event-driven
positives have played out. Says it'll be difficult to assess
Genting's sustainable EBITDA, market share until it reports
3Q10 earnings in Nov. Lower forecast for sign of Singapore 's
gaming market by 26% - 18% for 2011 - 2012 based on stringent
rules for VIP patrons, junkets, local punters.Expects company to
report 1Q10 loss due to additional costs incurred in initial months
of casino-resorts opening.
LiKE feng shui, palm reading, economics, management, medicines, which each has at least two schools of thoughts, i came across TWO SCHOOLS of thoughts on RSI.
One says, lOw RSI = bearishness
HiGH RSI = BULLISHNESS
Other says, lOw RSI = bUy signal
HiGH RSI = sEll signal
Technical situation is not changed. In fact RSI is getting weaker; under this situation market should go down and at best sideway.

huh?? how this become a religious thread? anyway to answer you...getting more money is supposed to help the needy and spread God's words by going to other countries to preach ...as for the 10%, it really depends on individual, some practice 10% of income, some practice 10% in kind (e.g. effort) so to me, there should not be hard and fuss rule to say that if you want to come to my church, you die die must pay 10% of your salary per month. after getting all the weekly or monthly donations, it is up to the church how they want to use the money. Should they want to use the money of themselves, its up to them as they will face the His wrath themselves. As believers, we give based on the trusts given to them that they will do good with the money.

If I have not mistaken, 10% tithe is based on bible. During ancient time where there were less people, the church may need more money to survive. Then during the middle age, the church became too powerful bcos of their financial power such that the kings in Europe felt uncomfortable. Isn't it scary when an organisation bcos of its financial power becomes too powerful for a country ? In modern time, i don't think the church needs so much, 1% contribution will be sufficient for them to run the church.
I heard this church is super rich......
My friend is a church mamber telling me they have to contribute MONTHly to the church 10 or 20% of their monthly salary?? Anyone here is the churche menber and doing the same thing monthly? This is as much as contributing to CPF account.

City Harvest Church acquired Suntec Convention Centre after it made Cross-Sell Agreement with RWS.
Suntec REIT: Suntec Conventiondoes deals with church, IR
Summary: Suntec Convention Centre(SCC) has announced in recent weeks agreements with both City Harvest Church (CHC) and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS). Suntec REIT has a 20% interest in ARA Harmony Fund, which owns SCC. SCC and RWS signed an exclusive agreement in early March to cross-sell each other to “create real business opportunities for both venues”. Meanwhile, CHC has bought a stake in ARA Harmony Fund. CHC is spending S$310m in total on the acquisition, rental costs, and renovation costs and so on. The new relationship with CHC, in our view, brings SCC several steps closer to its goal of adding more stability to its revenue mix. Suntec’s manager has re-iterated that the REIT could potentially acquire all of SCC in “two or three years” time. We do note that CHC may be keen to maintain its ownership stake, however: it has cited its preference for a “more financially sustainable ownership model in the long term”. We maintain our BUY rating and S$1.44 fair value on Suntec. (Meenal Kumar)
