it would be great folly on their part to sell the shares at a discount seeing how tps for this is sky high??i pray they dont sell out shareholders or the stock price will plunge to depths they never see before ...would they want to risk that?? the market nowadays knows how to fight back.

just my opinion........ the BIG mgt has decided to keep the price range bound btw $1.20 to $1.22 Why??... this is the price fixed internally by them and the other partner for their impending M& A. Hence not much of movement is expected from now till the final day of announcement....btw now and mid August, or may be even tonight. Just hope that they are selling the new share to the new partner at a big discount again.

The increase of shares can work both ways- if new shares are sold to persons/institutions at discout, then it works against us small time share holders if issued shares are sold at current price or higher prices and receipts used to get assets that increase share holding returns- then good.
In the light of the above unlikely to see much fluctuation in BIG share price untill we see how management will move from here. |

got warrant expiring on 2/10? would that see bbs trying to push bio price up?
That's why the price suddenly dropped from 1.25 to 1.20. I think not to hold this counter anymore.

correction to my last posted statement.........just hope they are
NOT selling the new shares to the new partner at a big disount again.

some big guy been collecting this share? why scare of hostile takeover? they must know that some shareholder out there is holding too many of Bio stock for their liking?? is that it? why suddely want to haf share buy back?
Disdain and dim sum.
I attended the AGM this morning. The Board of directors looked like a bunch of crooks and sharp operators facing the shareholders who were mainly retirees looking for dividends. No dividends, said the smooth-talking Chairman. We are a growth company, he said. He wanted to use the profits for share-buybacks (probably to stave off hostile take-overs). He got approval to increase directors' fee to $600,000. He also got approval to increase the Biosensors " pie" to double its present size of 2.4 billion shares to 4.8 billion shares!
There was no mention of Biosensors' products. Nothing. Their only focus was to get their resolutions passed. Such disdain for the suckers holding their shares. All the retirees got was some dim sum after the meeting.
All the analyst give BIG strong BUY and TP 1.60-1.85. So anyone know what going to happen next? When is BIG going to go up big?

give u a quick one:
stock mkt got basically 2 phases: trending & trading
1) trending r when ppl tok abt BULLS & BEARS
2) trading r when mkt goes horizontal (usually waiting for something to happen either good or bad)
both TTs phases u have to use different tools in TA.
to make it simple during:
1) Trending use tools: bollinger band, MA (better choice is SMA), RSI, MACD etc
2) Trading phase use indicators: fibonacci, ADX, PSAR
some counters not suitable to use any tools like ChinaDairy, ChinaXLX etc

remember i used to short this counter for a while now it starts change from trending to trading phase so can use ur TA esp MA & bollinger band....enjoy.
