Agreed with Ip n other sifus on d near term outlook on ds baby.
Though AK is not a Trader, I still hv not much confident on ds burger, in d long ruu. Hence, had been down size of my holding lately.
D other concern is that, AK opines that d UK ops would remain pessimistic in near future, if d current global enconomy reamains weak. It will constantly attribute losses to d record book. And d newly opened gaming outlet at Cairo may not do well as well.
No calling for d above, AK's view only. Cheers.

Not to mention the diluting effect of the second one coming out at Marina Bay.
Hence the overall bearish bias..
But for a trader, profit opprtunities exist in all situations...
