Hello sifu ....  was trying to pull your leg, but thanks for the explanation.  By the way, I do have some questions....
The company is planned to double its shares, what's the likelyhood impact to its share price after the exercise?
What are the impacts to existing shareholders?

At breakout, many will jump in to buy (TA)... and many will sell (because it's meaty)...
But both groups have equal chance of winning...

Now hentak kaki at 123. Wait for breakout.

Nomura maintains 'buy' and $1.84 target for BIOSENSORS
Analysts: Jit Soon Lim, CFA, & Wen Jie Chan
1Q results: Headline ahead due to exceptional item
Biosensors reported a 1QFYMar13 net profit of US$33m, underpinned by continued growth of its DES (drug eluting stent) business, with revenues improving 51%.
However, adjusting for the exceptional item of US$4m, the group net profit of US$28m, was slightly below our expectations of US$31m due to a weaker-than-expected contribution from its licensing revenues.
The group continued to reiterate its guidance of 20-30% progress in group revenues for the current financial year.
Management continues to await approval for BioFreedom in EU and BioMatrix in China.
We are maintaining our Buy rating and full-year net profit forecast of US$132m for the group.

I still see lots of empty land that once kampongs stood.  Rambutan trees are rarely found in Singapore anymore.  Younger Singaporeans may be surprised to know that in the past, Singaporeans also owned farms of Rambutans and Durian, where these trees once grew in various places such as Woodlands, Sembawang and Yio Chu Kang, and Lim Chu Kang and were providing a livelihood and stable income for many kampong folks.  Nowadays no kampongs, no fruit trees.  You can see fruitless trees only in the Garden by the Bay.   Really times and places have changed.

Yeah lah. Govt too damn smart.  Took land and put on reserve for few decades for it to appreciate.  Later made fortunes out of the system. Cheers.

DESPITE A good turnout of shareholders at the AGM, there were just a handful of questions. As expected, one of these had to with the absence of dividends. Read more...
old upper thomson rd was the racing circuit indeed...that was where i grew up..there is a small residential area tucked in the valley opposite this road ...opposite the forest reserve..very nice spot... sadly the government still managed to get at it..
