 Albedo to buy five land parcels with a total land area of approximately 762 acres located in Iskandar, Malaysia from Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd

Singapore, 20 August 2013

Albedo will satisfy the purchase consideration for the Lands by allotting and issuing new ordinary shares to Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd, which may result in a potential reverse takeover pursuant to Rule 1015 of Listing Manual (Section B: Rules of Catalist) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Pursuant to the MOU, Albedo and Temasya shall use their best endeavours to negotiate and enter into a definitive sale and purchase agreement(s)(" S& P" ) by 30 August 2013. ? Albedo Limited (the " Company" or " Albedo" ), a company that trades in steel and other raw materials, has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (" MOU" ) exclusively with Temasya Cergas Sdn Bhd (" Temasya" ) which would see Albedo buying five parcels of land (the " Lands" ) in Iskandar, Malaysia, totalling approximately 762 acres (308 hectares) (" Proposed Acquisition" ). The Lands to be acquired by Albedo under the Proposed Acquisition are located in Gelang Patah,

The Lands range from 29 acres to 279 acres each and are slated for an integrated business park and mixed use (commercial and residential) development.    "   ---SGX Announcementthe vicinity of Setia Eco Gardens and are to the north of Iskandar, Malaysia?s Flagship B: Nusajaya Development. It is accessible from Johor Bahru City via multiple access roads and also through the Tuas Second Link Expressway.

 Both parties are negotiating towards a S& P by 30 August 2013
