If this stock continues to drop,  the only reason is due to market force(red vs green). If not, the price should increase  as most of the contra traders are off already.. leaving the interested investors around so they may want to buy the cheap stocks if the whole market is in the buying mood. the DJ index is like traffic light now  - red green red green red green haha ... dont know whether it goes green or red.  HSI may help STI index ba .. so whether it will go up or not ... ? hehe ... dont know.

during rights trading period, there will be odd lot counter , Kepland_R100 , you can sell or buy this one via your normal online account.

also it is common practice for SGX to list odd lot mother share counter for a while ( since some people might want to square their holding).

That took place on DBS rights, one Capitaland rights. It is highly likely it will also be for t his Kepland rights. But that is upto SGX...

Below 2  is not happening anymore.  UK and US showing quite ok news. Bull rally is back , tmr counter would be exciting .. Kepland should be pricing at 2.2 and hit 2.5  once contra player is gone .. looking at the volume today , most of them are gone ! ( if you check the total volume T-3 day , you know what i mean) so the price around 2-2.1.5 is also a bargain buy... 

The real happening time should be when the rights are trading... should be seen 3-3.2  range of kepland.

Kep land $20 by 2012, if only it could, but how did you come up with this figure, it historic high is $9.90

Oic, i always thought today is the last day to entitle the Rights issues,

Haa Haa, Nevermind lar, take it as a lesson learned, this counter is good to hold for long term as well,

1.52 may not be feasible as market strong resistance towards a price that could be even lower than what they bought during CR and considering the price after dilution is $1.98. If truly drop to 1.5 region, the only reason is the entire market dipped into the red zone. kepland is strongly resist at 2.2 but with contra player who bot 3 days ago , they would be selling around 2.2 to make a decent gain . People selling at 1.52 are people who bought the share way before CR and their average prices are really dirt cheap  with CR considered. They could even sell their shares now and make the profit and use them to buy the right shares. but i dont think these people are doing that , because they see value in them . I will go for 2.5 for these few days

Yup .. the nil paid right trading days - both counter kepland and kepland R will work in tandem to drive up the price. Hoping for 2.5 today

 

Good profit from intraday trading for today.  Next scenario will be on 19 May - Commencement of "nil paid" Rights trading.

 

 

The price will not go down below $2 anymore cos the morning activity is always low and come to afternoon , the price will cheong if US and UK  futures are decent ? I personally dont think bad news comes in tw days even though economy has not recovered , the confidence has ..
