This kind of business are normally not given a premium for its price. So basing on its all time low of 25.5 cents, I only discounted abt 7 cents from its lowest price. If it reaches, I will buy. If not then I will go for other non education counters,eg finance and manufacturing.

One must be practical...
On what basis do you make that expectation? It is possible, but not likely...
A reasonable and practical basis is Technical Analysis,
Technical analysis is nothing but the graphical study of human behaviour...

It could only go to as low as 34 cents .

I will wait for it to go down to 18 cents. At least it is safer to buy low, right?
It would go down to make a new low before any rebounce .

As of now, Raffles Edu has reached a low of .455 ..
It's approaching my target sooner than I thought...
At this rate, even if get it at my target price of .40 later on, I may still need to worry about cutting loss after I have got in... :)

That is true only during a normal market...
But if there's really a downtrend, 'hot-frog-think' can lead to depresion later,
Or ar least you must be prepared to convert to a long, looong-term holder...

When many people are selling, it is time to buy.
I'd say not only this one is on the downtrend...
My bets are based on a continuing market downtrend...

I am not the expert like lots of masters out here. Just my humble opinion on this stock.
Raffles Education is currently on a down trend channel.
