If a development idea is good, bank financing is the first choice for it helps to leverage the return to shareholders, like investing in a rising counter using margin facility. In my opinion, PL issues shares to Johor Royal Family to secure the land rights, gets RSP to provide in-house expectise for the next 2-3 decades in the growth of Rowsley (JRF could provide more lands for mutual benefits), and sweetens the deal for loyal Rowsly shareholders by warrant issue.
In PL's position, he will never be a developer himself for he wants fun time for himself and so he gets people who can work to work for him, just like RJF.

Negative....I can confirm that broking house did not issue a sell call nor impose a trading curb on Rowsley. It just merely recommended exercising caution when trading Rowsley. This I am sure .

One trading house issue a sell on rowsley stating it is over.value...they got their.points as profit from.rowsley may take a few years and development need lot of the money or else peter lim will develop himself...if the house issued a.trading curb on this.counter as they always like to do so..they.will also affected badly as their margin acc will be badly affected as they allow investors to use margin to buy this counter...expected some.margin call in.the.coming week if price dropped further...trade with care..risk maybe high now.and maybe don't.worth a bet..
As I had commented the faith of this counter is in the hand of Jib ge and Hua ge. 鸡 哥 与 华 哥 ！ I will stay away from all the counters related to Malaysia, unless you have "insider" information! Hahaha! Just my personal point of view only lah! Cheers !

For sharing, Iskandar Waterfront Holding, the entrusted master developer of JB waterfront city, where Rowsly is doing a RTO for a piece of it, has planned to float it in SGX and Bursa Malaysia sometime in June/July. The news is about a month old, but it signifies the political consensus on Iskandar development idea since Badawi's time for they realised now the importance of it to the Malaysia's future. And Anwar had also said a week ago that he would not re-open the bilateral agreement signed by Najib recently.
By the listing of IWH, the fundamental of Rowsley will very likely be underpinned by a much increase in the valuation of the land, and it's development potential will become a speculation soon. For Johor Royal family to get involved in this deal, I'm sure it will be looking at somewhere RM500M for it's interest in the stake.
