Steady . New revenue growth and strengthening USD are positive for the company.

The financials will be in a better position when the projects are completed .

 

Cut loss...after realise company waiting for our right.money to operate...need to move on to.better counter rather a.time.bomb..and.may ask for more.money after.they use.up the funds....sian

Need shareholder approval at EGM. Most likely on same day of AGM in end July as it is more cost efficient than to have two seperate days for two meetings.

 

No  updates on SGX re their Book Closure Date for Rights issue.

 

Likely. Unlike Brian and Tracy Chang's investment, two substantial shareholders , one Group MD and the other COO from Tai Sin Electric - both are also substantial holders of Tai Sin Electric.

Strategically, it is positive as there will be synergy between Wires/Cables and Power plants businesses.

It also means that Asiatic is positioning itself for expansion. After the rights issue, the Lim's is 2nd largest shareholders.

(There's always next opportunities, market is as always available 24/7) There is many, too many  kind and type of players -- mainly pessimistic or other type optimistic, plus very greedy n greedy type.  Many try, many fail and yet many paid heavily to learn. Just balancing value n info on stk/shr trading interest in SJ.

 

teeth53, ya net net I have made some money. I did stop loss n switch another counter n recover my lost . ....No greedy be happy n grateful......with a cheerful heart will always make right decision .

A portfolio balance can value itself for  one who  can manage cash built up  n balance to sum oneself yr to yr, year  in n year out.
